What is Evolve Physical Therapy and Performance
At Evolve Physical Therapy and Performance, you will get the undivided attention of an expert clinician for a full hour every visit. This is not your average "mill" physical therapy clinic that sees entirely too many patients at any given time, where you may only see a tech or assistance, or where you do a few silly rubber band exercises, get a hot pack, and then go home. At Evolve, your therapist will gain a deep understanding of exactly what your goals are through physical rehab, and why those goals are especially meaningful to you. The reason we created the business is to help people just like you. We created it because we have seen first hand the issues in most physical therapy clinics, and the gaps in care that most people experience. Such an experience will never happen with Evolve.
We know that the things that are meaningful to people are worth working towards. However, sometimes we get hurt. Sometimes a day or two of taking it easy isn't enough. Often it means not only getting more flexible and strong, but it means making our bodies tougher and more resilient. That's what it means to evolve. It's not easy, but at Evolve, we make it as simple as possible for you. All you have to do is show up and give it your best, and we take care of the rest!
We DO NOT and WILL NEVER provide a cookie cutter approach. This is not a "google some hamstring stretches" type of rehab program. This is a carefully tailored and customized program based not only on your evaluation in the clinic, but more importantly on what your goals are, whether that means playing that extra set of tennis, getting back on the mat at jiu jitsu training, or just something as simple as picking up you grandkids. You will have a very clear understanding from day one, how your program is going to evolve into your personal goal!
